When I was approached with the opportunity to participate in a developmental opportunity with a “coach,” I was unsure what to expect. To say that I have enjoyed Keith’s coaching is a real understatement. At times it has been so enjoyable and useful that I felt guilty. A chunk of time each week to check in to talk about me and my problems and hopes and dreams- what could be better?
